That’s right. Now you can write just like I do. Blame it on fontforge, a wonderful tool for creating fonts, which I discovered a few weeks ago. The font is still a bit unbalanced, and most special characters are missing, but the overall impression is quite like what I expected.

Freimap, the topology and traffic analyzer I am working on in not so regular intervals has moved here. It used to be located at freimap.berlios.de. But since that latter service is showing more and more irregularities and little maintenance, I decided to set up my own little trac farm. Given the experience I have with my own server projects, there may be more downtimes, but at least I can fix it if it breaks.

..on sunday, we had planned to have a final short glance of the festival of lights. As it turned out, we were one day too late, despite the indications on their web site. At least, that’s what I understood from the neon installation by Maurizio Nannucci at the Altes Museum.

As I announced a few posts ago, I’ve now started blogging in images.. In my kritzelblog you will find all the more-or-less artistic creations creeping out of my pencil. I hope that it will help me to keep up start a daily sketching routine. The sketchblog is a set of scripts I’ve written to that purpose in PHP/JavaScript. If time allows, I will think of an interface with the WordPress software I use for this blog, but given the very different nature of the two (you will see what I mean), I am not sure how that will be possible. For now, you may have to click on the “SKETCHBLOG” link above, or have litte A-Tom to your left deliver a fresh Atom 1.0 news feed to your favourite feed reader.

On friday, we watched short films from the Scandinavian countries at shorts attack. An absolutely ingenious must-see is music for one apartment and six drummers by Ola Simonsson and Johannes Stjarne Nilsson. Make sure that you are connected to a good sound system.
